Atomized method is often used for low melting point metals such as tin, lead, zinc, and brass, bronze, aluminum .The process is used for very pure iron too. During atomization the molten metal is driven into a small aperture and be crushed in a stream of air, steam or compressed inert gas. Powders produced in this process are in irregular shape of tears or spherical particle forms which depends on their surface tension, particle size have significant changes and they are depend on the orifice, temperature viscosity and flow rate of metal, pressure of gas temperature. Atomized particles are collected by a suction system and precipitated in bags. For constructional components, atomized powders such as cooper, nickel, and iron were oxidized and then fragmentized to the optional small size. At the end, revive metal in a regenerating gas such as Hydrogen.
